The Being 777 accident

In my opinion this is a typical downwind accident where tailwind turns into headwind and provides a higher speed value and the pilot reduces power instead of increasing it in order to reach the runway.
In a very late and violent go around at too low altitude the tail part hit the water and was torn off. The tail part has been found in the water before the runway. Looking at the photo of the accident, the wreck is missing its tail. A short film clip showed that smoke from the fire ran forwads. Then apparently tailwind had reached the ground. Maybe there were two captains in the cockpit. Then it is often a problem with CRM.
